Orders are shipped exclusively through courier companies.
When placing your order, select the postal address to which you wish the order to be shipped, in the “BILLING DETAILS” section.
Once you complete the registration, an e-mail is automatically sent to you and your order is on its way!
The courier companies we work with for shipments within Greece are ACS, Speedex and General Post.
The courier company we work with for Cyprus is ACS courier.
CAN I CHOOSE WHICH COMPANY MY ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED WITH?
Yes you can! During the process of your order in the “NOTE” field you have the possibility to write with which company you want the shipment to be made (ACS, Speedex or General Post).
In any other case, based exclusively on the fastest delivery and best service to our customers, the shipment will be made with one of the two companies, from our store, based on the “load” of each company in the specific time period.

For Greece
Free shipping for orders worth €40 or more.
Shipping costs €3.50 per order for orders under €40.
Cash on delivery service €2.50 regardless of order value.
For Cyprus
Free shipping for orders worth €90 or more.
Shipping costs €8 per order for orders under €90.
Cash on delivery service is not available for shipments to Cyprus.
Delivery time
Within Greece: Orders within Thessaloniki, Attica, and major urban centers are delivered in 2 to 4 working days. Orders in the rest of Greece are delivered in 3 to 6 working days. In remote areas the delivery time may increase depending on the routes of the courier companies.
Cyprus: Orders for Cyprus are delivered daily by us to ACS courier immediately after bank confirmation of payment and start their journey to Cyprus twice a week, specifically every Tuesday and Thursday. Orders in Cyprus are delivered within 15 calendar days.

Upon completion of your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail with the phrase “Your order at jirakisleather.gr has been received” in the subject line.
This e-mail mentions information such as the unique four-digit number of your order, the status of your order and the payment method you have chosen.
ELEMENTS THAT HELP FOR FASTER DELIVERY
During the process of placing your order in the Order Notes field it is extremely helpful to mention information such as:
-The name you write on the doorbell or intercom, if they differ from yours.
-If it is a workplace, it is useful to mention the name of the company, the store, the business and if there is a reason, the number of the office or the floor.
The above information is particularly helpful for faster delivery and prevents the possibility of the parcel being “unknown recipient”. It prevents at least 1 to 2 days of further delay.
-What does “the parcel went to an unknown recipient” mean: Your order arrived at the address stated but the correct bell or door has not been found.
SHIPPING DETAILS
– Orders placed before 13:00 from Monday to Friday are delivered the same day from our store to the respective courier company so that it can begin its journey to the recipient
– Orders placed after 13:00 are delivered the next working day from our store to the respective courier company so that it can begin its journey to the recipient
– Orders placed on Friday from 14:00 onwards, as well as Saturday and Sunday orders are delivered from our store to be sent to the respective courier company on Monday.
–Orders placed on a holiday are shipped the next business day.

ORDER STATUS
Your order is being processed: We have received your order and it is in the pre-packing stage.
Your order is complete: Your order is ready in its package and is awaiting its receipt by the courier company. In the specific information you will receive, both the company that has made the shipment and the shipment number are indicated.
Order Canceled: Something went wrong during the order process and it was not completed successfully. In this case you must perform the procedure again.
With regard to orders that you choose “Bank Transfer” as a payment method, this remains on hold until the bank transfer is completed. When the transfer of funds is verified, your order enters the stage of processing and shipping.
Orders with the “Bank Transfer” payment method remain on hold for 7 calendar days. Afterwards, and if there is no notification from the customer about the transfer, the order is automatically cancelled.
